As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.
Our current seasonal menu will be available from April 1st-May 18th.
Seasonal Sandwiches
Green Goddess Sandwich - $16.00
A vegetarian sandwich with fresh cucumbers, locally grown micro greens and sprouts, a thick layer of healthy spinach, and sliced of mozarella. Complete with our housemade, creamy green goddess dressing. Served on a demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.
Loxy Lady Sandwich - $16.00
An indulgent yet light, springtime sandwich with a spread of herbed cream cheese, a layer of rich smoked salmon, thinly sliced cucumbers, and a smattering of sharp pickled red onions. Served on our demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.

Very Berry Hand Pie - $8.00
A hand pie made with sweet, sticky, purple filling of cooked blueberries and raspberries. Complete with a drizzle of vanilla icing. Available Fri, Sat, Sun.
Cherry Almond Scone - $5.75
An intensely fruity scone with almond flour in the dough to compliment tart cherries strewn throughout. Finished with toasted almonds and a sweet vanilla glaze.
Asparagus Tile - $6.25
A croissant with a filling of creamy bechamel sauce, balanced with a layer of pleasantly bitter and green tasting asparagus. Finished with a fresh grating of lemon zest.
Balsamic Onion Focaccia - $12.00
In this savory focaccia, we reduce a mixture of sharp balsamic vinegar and sweet caramelized onions in the oven, creating a caramelized burst of umami flavor.
Caramel Nut Crunch Cookie - $4.25
With each bite, taste the salty-sweet, caramelized chunks of our house-made Salted Pecan Toffee, with crushed salted pretzels to reinforce the crunchiness in this cookie.
Pesto Swirl - $6.00
In this brioche based treat, we layer together ooey-gooey mozzarella with our nutty, earthy, and cheesy homemade AKB pesto into a deliciously green swirl of dough.
Spring Holiday Specials
Carrot Cake - $14.00
A moist cake with sweet shredded carrots, crunchy walnuts, raisins, and spices like cinnamon and clove. Complete with a rich cream cheese frosting on top. Available April 3rd-5th at AKB and Farmer’s Markets.
Flourless Chocolate Cake - $22.00
A delectably rich cake with natural cocoa powder and semi-sweet chocolate chips. A light, crispy crust forms on top with a fudgy brownie-like texture inside. Available April 1st-5th at AKB and Farmer’s Markets.
Hot Cross Buns - $20.00
Traditional Easter yeasted buns, flavored with warm spices and fresh citrus zest. The dough is studded with raisins and currants, and finished with a “cross” of icing. Available April 3rd-5th at AKB and Farmer’s Markets.
Mandelhörnchen - $6.25
Mandelhörnchen, in English “almond horn,” are chewy cookies coated in almonds and dipped in chocolate. Naturally gluten-free! Available April 1st-5th at AKB and Farmer’s Markets.

Our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) boasts a caramelized crust, soft insides, and just the right amount of chew.
Pain d’Epi - $5.50
Resembling an elegant wheat stalk, this version of our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) is a crust lover’s delight.

Bien cuit (“well baked”) and hearty, Miche is a rustic, tangy sourdough made from a mix of grains: whole wheat and rye.
Honey Rye Porridge - $10.75
A unique sourdough loaf that derives its unbelievably moist and custardy crumb from a special rye flake porridge made in-house.
Sesa Miche - $10.00
Sesame seeds add a savory depth to this already delightful whole wheat rye sourdough Miche.
Country Loaf - $9.50
Our classic half white flour, half whole wheat flour has a big, open crumb structure.
Spelt Walnut - $10.25
Equal parts nutty and nutritious, this sourdough loaf features locally grown walnuts and spelt, a protein-rich ancient grain.
Flax Sunflower - $10.00
Packed full of vitamin-rich flax and sunflower seeds, this sourdough loaf still retains a lovely light and open texture.

This traditional Jewish egg bread is slightly sweet, light as a feather, and braided just like Bubbe taught us.

An Italian classic, this focaccia is a leavened bread finished with olive oil and flakey Maldon sea salt.

12 heavenly pull-apart rolls. They are soft, nutritious and delicious! Contains dairy and eggs. Also great for sliders, or small sandwiches.
Noshes
Blueberry Muffin - $3.75
Juicy, sweet blueberries are strewn throughout this muffin’s dough. Perfectly moist and soft with each bite. Adorned with a crunchy sugar topping.
Raspberry Almond Bostock - $6.00
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with simple syrup, and layer tart raspberry jam, nutty and rich almond cream, and a layer of toasty sliced almonds.
Blueberry Maple Walnut Bostock - $6.50
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with a simple syrup, and add layers of sweet blueberry jam, an earthy, nutty walnut cream, and finish with chopped walnuts for added texture.
Sticky Bun - $5.50
We swirl our soft, sweet brioche dough with a mixture of honey, brown sugar, and butter. Through baking, the honey develops a deeply caramelized flavor, covered in utterly sticky goodness.
Cardamom Twist - $5.25
We layer brioche dough with floral, crunchy, and nutty poppy seeds and a spiced filling of almond and cardamom. We then twist, stretch, and wrap the dough into a beautiful bun shape. To finish, the buns are bejeweled with pearl sugar.
